  5. This library allows the Amiga to understand speech. It must used with a
  6. program such as VoiceShell, VCLI or AniMan. A parallel port sampler is also
  7. required. An accelerator is highly recommended. Version 8.6 is a bug fix
  8. for version 8.5.
